运输方式和费用
我们将交付服务外包给快递公司,相关运费显示在结账页面。当您确认订单时,您也确认接受运费。
运输时限
虽然我们希望尽快将产品交付给您,但无法控制快递服务的表现。下单时,您同意不要将延迟发货的责任归咎于我们。
如果库存有货,订购的产品将在隔日发货。运输通常会在3个工作日内到达目的地。
退货政策
售出的产品除以下情况外不可退货:
- 产品可见损坏
- 产品与订单不符
若有上述情况下,请在收到产品后10天内与我们联系,我们将使用相同的运输方式发送替换产品。
同时,您需要自行承担将有缺陷或错误的产品寄回给我们的费用。
Shipping Method and Charges
We outsource product delivery service to established courier services of our choice. The relevant shipping fee for each order is clearly displayed on checkout pages. By confirming an order, you also confirm acceptance of the shipping charges.
Shipping Duration
While we want to deliver products to you as soon as possible, we have no control over the performance of the courier service. By placing an order, you agree not to hold us responsible for delayed shipment.
Products ordered are shipped out the next day, if stock is available. Shipment usually arrives at the destination address within 3 working days.
Return Policy
Products sold are not returnable, except under the following conditions:
- The product is visibly damaged
- The product does not match the original order
In the above cases, contact us within 10 days upon receipt of the products. We will send you the replacement using the same shipping methods at our own costs. At the same time, you will need to send us back the defective or wrong product at your own costs.
