大將出版社與文運企業聯合出版之三語版本《509：民意覺醒——馬來西亞第14屆選舉專號》，內收錄之〈未竟之志：在恐懼文化的籠罩下，馬來西亞青年行動者這樣找出路〉上下篇，乃未經原文作者葉蓬玲及版權所屬公司——台灣關鍵評論網媒體集團的同意及授權。
大將與文運明瞭知識產權的重要性及權益，如今給社會大眾帶來錯誤示範，僅為此疏失而造成作者及關鍵評論網媒體集團的不便及傷害，致以歉意。
大將與文運日後會更加謹慎處理，歡迎各界多方監督。
【ANNOUNCEMENT: AN APOLOGY FOR INFRINGING THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF YAP HONG LENG】
Gerakbudaya Enterprise and Mentor Publishing Sdn Bhd co-published the book ‘509: The People have Spoken’, which included the articles titled ‘Unachieved Ideals: The Endeavours of Young Malaysian Activists Against the Culture of Fear’, (part 1 and part 2). However, it was most regretful that we have neglected to request permission from the author Ms. Yap Hong Leng and copyrights owner, TNL Communications for the right to use the articles.
Gerakbudaya and Mentor have always respected the importance of intellectual property rights in the publishing industry. Hence, we hereby issue a public apology to the author Ms. Yap Hong Leng and TNL Communications for our negligence. We sincerely hope Ms. Yap, TNL Communications and readers can forgive us, and we will do our best to avoid such mistakes in the future.

Artikel berjudul ‘Hasrat yang belum bercapai ikhtiar aktivis belia Malaysia untuk membendung budaya ketakutan’ (bahagian 1 dan 2) yang telah disertakan di dalam buku ‘509: Suara Rakyat, Suara Keramat’ yang diterbit bersama daripada Gerakbudaya Enterprise dan Mentor Publishing Sdn Bhd, tidak mendapat kebenaran dan hak untuk diterbitkan semula daripada pengarang, Yap Hong Leng dan pemilik hak cipta artikel tersebut, TNL Communications.
Gerakbudaya dan Mentor memahami kepentingan hak harta intelek dalam industri penerbitan buku dan amat kesal kepada mereka yang menghadapi kesulitan disebabkan kecuaian kami. Kami pohon maaf atas kesilapan ini.
